Today we had the privilege of visiting Rising Bakery and hearing owner Natalie DeSchepper’s story. Baking has always been special to her, but since May 18, 2022, it’s become something even deeper—a way to heal, process, and keep moving forward. What started as a way to fill time and clear her mind has turned into a passion and a business, built with love and resilience.
